Terms of Service

These Terms are between the user and Vincent Guihan, operator of Premise AI | Outbounder. By using the application, including selecting Research and generate, the user agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to questions@vincentjlabs.com.

The application is for people aged 18 or older using it for business or professional purposes. A person using it for an organization represents that they have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Premise AI | Outbounder is an experimental public preview. The service may be unavailable, incomplete, or fail to work as expected. Features, research coverage, languages, output formats, and compatibility may change or be removed without notice. Do not rely on the service as the only copy of any material.

Use the application only for lawful sales research and outreach preparation involving organizations and contacts you may approach. Automated abuse, impersonation, credential misuse, unlawful collection of personal information, and bypassing usage controls are prohibited.

The user retains any rights they have in submitted inputs and represents that they have the rights and authority needed to submit them. The user permits the operator and service providers to process inputs only to operate, secure, and deliver the requested service. Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or personal information that is not necessary for lawful research and outreach preparation.

Outputs are generated from submitted inputs, public sources, and model reasoning. They may contain errors, omissions, stale information, unsuitable recommendations, or translation errors. Every claim, source, message, question, and recommendation requires human review.

English is the source language. Non-English interface and support copy is translated by Premise AI with OpenAI models and may contain errors. Review it before relying on it. If a translation conflicts with the English Terms, the English version controls.

The application does not send email, place calls, post social messages, or contact a target account. The user remains responsible for editing, approving, and using each draft.

Public webpages, releases, filings, research, and case studies remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Source links do not imply endorsement or verification beyond the support described in the kit.

Research may be delayed, queued, rejected, or paused when human verification fails, a required provider is unavailable, use appears abusive, or the owner pauses the service. Outbounder does not impose a daily or per-client generation quota. It limits simultaneous provider work and durably queues additional requests instead of discarding them.

The operator may restrict or suspend access when use appears unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or likely to harm the service, its providers, or others.

Kits are stored only in the current browser up to its available local-storage quota; Outbounder does not impose a fixed kit count, and kits are not synchronized. After generation, an exact result may also be retained temporarily in the generation request record for browser handoff recovery, but that recovery copy is not a durable backup. Anyone with its recovery URL can retrieve it until cleanup. Request records older than seven days are removed during the next accepted generation, which may occur after seven days. All kits may be lost if browser data is cleared, local storage is reset or becomes unavailable, a private session ends, the application changes, or the service is withdrawn. Export any material you need to keep.

Copy link creates a read-only kit snapshot that anyone with the URL can view. The creating browser can revoke its current link; otherwise the snapshot expires after 30 days. The user is responsible for deciding whether to share the kit, controlling the URL, and revoking it when appropriate.

Generated materials do not constitute legal, privacy, compliance, financial, investment, or security advice. Relevant specialists remain responsible for those decisions.

The user is solely responsible for determining whether a contact may lawfully be approached and for complying with applicable email, anti-spam, marketing, telemarketing, call-recording, privacy, data-protection, suppression, do-not-contact, and platform rules. The user must include any required identification, contact, consent, and unsubscribe information.

The operator does not guarantee sales results, meetings, responses, deliverability, source availability, legal compliance, or that generated material is suitable for a particular recipient, channel, or jurisdiction.

The public preview is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

The user remains responsible for validating claims, reviewing sources and translations, respecting third-party rights and channel policies, and approving every communication before it is used.

The operator may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to questions@vincentjlabs.com.
