Terms governing the public Premise AI | Outbounder proof of concept and its generated sales materials.

Premise AI | Outbounder is an experimental public application. Availability, features, research coverage, and output formats may change during development.
Permitted use
The application may be used only for lawful sales research and outreach preparation involving organizations and contacts the operator is permitted to approach. Automated abuse, impersonation, credential misuse, unlawful collection of personal information, and attempts to bypass usage controls are prohibited.
Generated drafts
Outputs are generated from submitted inputs, public sources, and model reasoning. They may contain errors, omissions, stale information, or unsuitable recommendations. Every claim, source, message, question, and recommendation requires human review before use.
No automatic sending
The application does not send email, place calls, post social messages, or contact a target account. The operator remains responsible for editing, approving, and using any draft.
Sources and third-party content
Public webpages, press releases, filings, research, and case studies remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Source links do not imply endorsement or verification beyond the support described in the generated package.
Usage controls
Research may be limited, delayed, rejected, or paused to protect service capacity and prevent abuse. Human verification, per-client limits, daily ceilings, concurrency limits, and operational pause controls may apply without notice.
Local storage
Saved kits are stored in the current browser, up to a maximum of 20. They do not synchronize across devices or browsers and may be lost when browser data is cleared or a private-browsing session ends.
Shared links
Copy link creates a read-only kit snapshot that expires after 30 days. Anyone who receives the URL can view the snapshot. The user is responsible for deciding whether the kit is appropriate to share and for controlling distribution of the URL.
No professional advice
Generated materials do not constitute legal, privacy, compliance, financial, investment, or security advice. Relevant specialists remain responsible for decisions in those areas.
No warranty
The proof of concept is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Responsibility for use
The operator remains responsible for validating claims, complying with applicable outreach and privacy laws, respecting channel policies, and approving every communication before it is sent.
