Operational reference for creating, reviewing, recovering, storing, and sharing outreach kits.
English is the source language for the Premise AI | Outbounder website. Pages are localized into other languages with OpenAI models. Check important information.
Start here
- Enter key details.Seller brand or product accepts a brand, product name, or public page URL. A default saved in Settings appears here and remains editable. Add the target account and buyer role.
- Choose a sales method.Select MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger, or let Outbounder choose the best fit from the researched seller, account, and buyer context.
- Choose deliverables.Select the email, social outreach, cold call, and discovery materials needed for this account.
- Choose an output language.New kits use the output language saved in Settings. Change Output language whenever a specific account needs a different language.
- Complete human verification.The verification control must show a successful check before research can begin. It protects the service from automated abuse.
- Research and generate.The progress screen remains while public sources are retrieved, checked, and turned into a kit. A completed kit opens on the results page.
Kit defaults
Use the Settings icon beside Light or Dark in the site header, or Settings in the application navigation.
Save a seller brand, product, or official page, output language, sales method, and deliverables. These values prefill new kits but never lock the form.
Choose Use device setting, Light, or Dark and an interface language. Both preferences apply across the site in this browser.
Product analytics is off by default. Settings contains the same browser-local choice shown on the Privacy page.
Language and translation
Use Language in the public header, product navigation, or Settings. The choice is saved in this browser and updates page direction for Arabic.
Set a default output language in Settings, then change it on any new kit when needed. My Work shows each kit’s language.
English is the source language. Premise AI translates non-English interface and support copy with OpenAI models.
Review translated guidance and generated outreach for terminology, tone, local usage, and legal or policy requirements before use.
What the research does
Identifies current messaging, products, first-party research, and support for the selected offer.
Checks company background, relevant leadership, financial statements, press releases, and buyer-level context.
Verified facts keep source links. Unknown account conditions become questions or evidence boundaries, not claims.
Industry trends require sources. Case studies must be current, relevant to the offer, and defensible as an analogue.

Verified account context, relevant leadership, financials, press releases, and the closest relevant seller case studies. Empty fields are omitted.
A short first-touch email tailored to the account, buyer level, and selected sales method.
Social
A conversational social message that complements the email without repeating it.
Cold Call
A structured guide for at least five minutes of live conversation, including branching questions and a next step.

A timed agenda with account-relevant questions, evidence to capture, and method-specific qualification.

How the sales method changes the kit
Choose for me
Researches the seller, account, and buyer, then applies the best fit among MEDDPICC, Sandler, and Challenger.
MEDDPICC
Tests measurable value, pain, decision criteria, process, stakeholders, competition, and the path to a qualified decision.
Sandler
Uses an up-front contract, layered pain discovery, impact, resources, decision ownership, and a mutually agreed next step.
Challenger
Starts from a credible insight, tailors its implication to the buyer, reframes the status quo, and creates constructive tension.
Review, edit, and save
Review Fast Facts and Sources first. Confirm that cited facts support the intended conversation and that open questions remain framed as unknowns.
Edit working copy in the kit. Email, social, call, discovery, and the kit title support editing. Save commits the change to the browser copy; Cancel restores the last saved text.
Copy only after review. Copy places the current edited version on the clipboard. Outbounder never sends a message, starts a call, or contacts an account.
My Work
Kits are stored in the current browser and do not synchronize. A completed result is also retained temporarily in its generation request record for browser handoff recovery. Copy link creates a separate read-only snapshot that can be revoked from the creating browser and otherwise expires after 30 days.
Saved kits remain available only in the same device, browser, and browser profile while site data remains intact.
Search, filter active or archived work, and sort from the table headers, including Language.
Select rows to copy, export, archive, restore, or delete in bulk. Open an individual kit to share it.
Outbounder has no fixed kit count. The browser’s local-storage quota is the practical limit. Existing kits remain unchanged if a save fails. Export or delete, rather than archive, kits to free space.
Archiving keeps a kit and removes it from Active; it does not free storage. Deleting is permanent and frees browser storage.
Clearing site data removes saved work and display preferences. It does not immediately remove a temporary generation recovery result or a shared-link snapshot. Request records older than seven days are removed during the next accepted generation; shared links must be revoked or allowed to expire.
Human verification and failed runs
- The verification control does not load
- Reload the page. Research remains blocked if verification cannot be presented or confirmed.
- The verification expires
- Complete the refreshed check, then select Research and generate again.
- Research fails
- The form preserves entered details, shows the reason, and changes the action to Try again. No incomplete kit is saved.
- A pause message appears
- Research can stop before generation if human verification fails, the owner pauses the service, or a required provider is unavailable. Follow the message and try again when appropriate.
Seller control and responsible use
Nothing is sent automatically. Every fact, source, translation, message, question, and recommendation remains under seller control and requires review before use.
