What Premise AI | Outbounder processes, where generated bundles are stored, and which external service receives research requests.

A research run processes the brand or product, target account, buyer role or persona, and selected sales method. Each completed kit includes Fast Facts, Email, Social, Cold Call, Discovery, Steps to Success, and Sources.
Purpose
Submitted information is used to research the seller and target account, retrieve and check public evidence, choose a relevant offer, and generate coordinated sales materials.
OpenAI processing
Research inputs are sent through the application server to the OpenAI Responses API, which may retrieve public web sources. The application currently uses stored background responses so it can poll for completion. OpenAI documents 30-day application-state retention for stored Responses API data. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train models unless the account owner opts in.
Browser storage
The current browser stores up to 20 kits, the current draft, theme preference, and sidebar preference. A new kit for the same target account and buyer role replaces the earlier saved kit for that combination. Kits remain only in the same device, browser, and browser profile and do not synchronize.
Shared links
Selecting Copy link creates a read-only snapshot in the application database and places its unguessable public URL on the clipboard. Anyone with that URL can view the snapshot. Shared snapshots expire after 30 days. Creating a link is optional; kits in My Work remain browser-local.
Application records
The application database stores usage counters, request identifiers, provider job identifiers, job status, timestamps, and any read-only kit snapshot the user explicitly creates with Copy link. A daily SHA-256 hash of the requesting IP address supports client rate limits; the raw IP address is not written to that database.
Human verification
Cloudflare Turnstile receives a verification token and may receive the request IP address to confirm a human interaction before generation. The public widget key is delivered to the form at runtime; the private validation key remains server-side.
Information not requested
The application does not request payment information, address books, email credentials, social-network credentials, customer contact lists, or an OpenAI API key from the salesperson. Confidential customer data and sensitive personal information should not be submitted.
No automatic outreach
Premise AI | Outbounder creates drafts. It does not send email, place calls, post social messages, or contact a target account.
Deletion
Clearing the site's browser data removes saved kits, the current draft, and display preferences. It does not invalidate a shared snapshot before its 30-day expiry. Private-browsing storage may disappear when the private session closes. Provider-side requests and operational logs remain subject to the configured OpenAI API account and hosting-platform controls.
