Frequently asked questions

Research, generation, storage, privacy, languages, and use of Premise AI | Outbounder.

English is the source language for the Premise AI | Outbounder website. Pages are localized into other languages with OpenAI models. Check important information.

What is Premise AI | Outbounder?

Premise AI | Outbounder helps sellers spend less time on account research and drafting. It creates coordinated email, social, call, and discovery materials for a specific account and buyer.

Where can I find my work?

Open My Work from the site header or application navigation. Kits remain in the current browser until you delete them or clear the site’s data; they do not synchronize across devices or browser profiles.

How does account research work?

The app starts with the seller’s messaging source, researches the target account, checks public evidence, and excludes unsupported claims or weak case-study analogues. Nothing is sent to a customer.

Do I need an API key or subscription?

No. Generation runs through the service; users do not provide payment information or an API key.

How do languages work?

English is the initial interface and output language. Choose the interface language in the header, product navigation, or Settings. Settings can also set a different default output language for new kits, and each kit remains editable. Non-English interface and support copy is translated by Premise AI with OpenAI models and should be reviewed.

What can I change in Settings?

Choose the interface language, Use device setting, Light, or Dark appearance, and defaults for seller source, kit output language, sales method, and deliverables. Optional product analytics is also controlled there. Preferences are saved only in this browser, and every new-kit choice remains editable.

What does one outreach kit contain?

A kit contains Fast Facts, Email, Social, Cold Call, Discovery, Steps to Success, and Sources.

How long does generation take?

A normal run is designed to finish in about three minutes. Source retrieval, verification, and drafting may take longer when public information is difficult to confirm.

Where is My Work stored?

Kits in My Work are stored in the current browser and do not synchronize. After a run completes, its exact result is also retained temporarily in the generation request record so this browser can recover it during handoff. This recovery copy is separate from a shared-link snapshot.

Can I send someone a link to a kit?

Yes. Open Share and select Copy link. Anyone with the URL can view the read-only snapshot. Reopen Share to revoke the current link; otherwise it expires after 30 days.

How do I import or export kits?

Choose Import backup beside New outreach kit in My Work. To export, select one or more kits and choose Export in the bulk actions. Imports add validated kits without replacing existing work. These files are local backups, not device sync.

How many kits are saved?

Outbounder does not impose a fixed kit count. The browser’s local-storage quota is the practical limit. If a save fails, existing kits remain unchanged; export or delete kits to free space.

Can a saved kit be opened after returning?

Yes, when the same device, browser, and browser profile are used and the site’s local data remains intact. Kits do not synchronize across devices or browsers.

What happens when the same account and buyer are researched again?

Each completed run creates a separate kit. Researching the same account and buyer again does not replace the earlier kit.

How are saved kits deleted?

In My Work, select one or more kits and choose Delete. Archiving only moves kits out of the Active view and does not free browser storage. Clearing this site’s browser data also removes every saved kit, the current draft, and display preferences.

How are facts and hypotheses separated?

Fast Facts and source-backed claims retain public source links. Unverified account conditions are framed as discovery questions or evidence boundaries instead of facts.

What happens when research fails?

The failure remains in the progress window, and the entered details stay intact. A recoverable run can resume the same job. A terminal failure offers Try again after another human check. Cancel research stops an active run. No incomplete kit is saved.

Why is human verification required?

A short human-verification check protects the owner’s API account from automated abuse without creating an end-user account.

Does the app send email or social messages?

No. The app creates drafts only. A salesperson decides whether to edit, copy, or use any material.

Should generated material be reviewed?

Yes. Every claim, source, translation, message, question, and recommendation requires seller review before use.

Does optional product analytics identify me?

No. It is off by default. If you turn it on, Outbounder records daily totals for a small set of feature uses. It does not use cookies or identify you, and it never sends anything you enter, save, or use as a source.
